The National Anthem of East Turkistan, March of Salvation, was written by Memet Eli Tewpiq in 1933. On the declaration of the Turkish Islamic Republic of East Turkistan on November 12, 1933 it was sung and declared as the state’s official national anthem. The National Anthem means independence, liberty, the ability of a nation to have its own place among other nations of the world , upholding and determining its own future.
Qutulush yolida sudek aqti biznig qanimiz,
Sen üchün ey yurtimiz bolsun pida bu janimiz.
Qan kichip hem jan birip akhir qurtuldurduq sini,
Qelbimizde qutquzushqa bar idi imanimiz.
Yar-u hem dem boldi biznig himmitimiz sen üçün,
Dunyani sorghan idi himmet bilen ejdadimiz.
Yurtumuz biz yüz-közigni qan bilen pakizliduq,
Emdi hich kirletmigeymiz chünki Türktur namimiz.
Attila, Chinggiz, Tömür Dünyani Titretken idi,
Jan birip shan alimiz biz ularning evladi biz.
Chiqti jan hem aqti qan düshmendin boldi el aman
Yashisun hich ölmisun parlansun istiqbalimiz!
MARCH OF SALVATION
Our blood has flown like water on the path of salvation,
For you, oh our homeland, we devote our lives.
We saved you by dying and spilling our blood for you,
We had faith in our hearts to liberate you
Our Lord was a helper to us and our hard work is for you,
Our ancestors had once ruled the world with great diligence.
Oh our homeland, we cleansed your face and eyes with blood.
Now, we shall not let our enemy destroy you, because our name is Türk
Attila, Genghis and Tamerlane, once trembled the world,
By giving our lives we earn honor, we are their children.
Our spirits left our bodies and our blood flowed, we avenged our enemies,
Our country shall live, not perish, our future shall flourish!
