Last Tuesday, exiled Chinese billionaire whistleblower Guo Wengui announced his intention to create a $100 million fund to aid the victims of the Chinese Communist Party’s atrocities & human rights violations. The fund will be called the Rule of Law Fund and will help to expose the Chinese Communist multitudinous crimes, with the goal of bringing “justice and righteousness to those millions of afflicted and those being cruelly killed.”

Various media reports say that the fund will be used to help the victims of arbitrary Chinese government judgements, to expose the widespread and systematic corruption within the Chinese government, and to sue corrupt Chinese government officials in the US Courts. Additionally, part of the funding will be used to lift the veil on Chinese espionage activities within the United States with the overall goal of ending the CCP’s reign of terror, thereby bringing peace, freedom, and true prosperity to the people of China and its occupied territories.

The East Turkistan National Awakening Movement (ETNAM) praises Guo Wengui’s generosity towards the victims of the Chinese Communist Party and is pleased to see his steadfast commitment towards bringing the rule of law to China. We would like to announce that ETNAM is in full support of the stated intentions of this “Rule of Law Fund.” We would further like to thank Guo Wengui on his relentless effort to bring justice to the people of China and its occupied territories by exposing the dark realities behind China’s immense security apparatus & genocide in Occupied East Turkistan.

We hope that a part of the funding will be used to raise awareness of the atrocities that the Chinese government is undertaking in China Proper, in Occupied East Turkistan, in Occupied Tibet, and in other areas under the oppressive rule of the Chinese Communist Party.

Furthermore, ETNAM expresses its strong hope that portion this fund will be used to lobby Congress to impose strong sanctions (including under the Global Magnistky Act) against the Chinese officials responsible for these atrocities, including against members of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese Communist Party, and the state security & intelligence apparatuses, including upon Chen Quanguo (CPP Party Secretary for Occupied East Turkistan), upon Zhao Kezhi (Minister of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China), & upon Chen Wenqing (Minister of State Security for the People’s Republic of China).

Lastly, we call upon all freedom-loving people, worldwide, to engage in a peaceful “information war” against Communist China by educating others about the human rights atrocities being perpetrated against the people of China, Occupied East Turkistan, Occupied Tibet, and Occupied South Mongolia.
